Shipping policy
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands and others) and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Processing time
Every item is printed to order just for you in the USA. Please allow 1–3 business days for printing before your order ships.
Delivery time
- Standard (USPS Ground Advantage): 2–5 business days after shipping
- Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and APO/FPO/DPO: may take a few extra days
Most orders arrive within 3–8 business days of being placed (printing + delivery). Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays. During peak season (Black Friday to Christmas) carriers may need a few extra days, so please order early.
Shipping rates
Free standard shipping on US orders over $79. For all other orders, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we will update it before production starts. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Lost, stolen or delayed packages
If your tracking shows no movement for 7 business days, or your package is marked delivered but you did not receive it, contact us at huynhthang2com@gmail.com within 30 days of the shipping date and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.
