Refund policy

Every item is made to order just for you. Because of this, please read our policy below before purchasing.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or is not what you ordered, email huynhthang2com@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will send a free replacement or a full refund — your choice. You do not need to send the item back.

Size or change of mind

Since items are printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong size or change of mind. Please check the size chart in the product images before ordering. Not sure? Email us before you order and we'll help you pick the right size.

Personalized items

Personalized items (for example with a custom name or year) are made exactly as entered at checkout and cannot be returned unless they are damaged or defective. Please double-check spelling before placing your order.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order for a full refund within 12 hours of placing it by emailing huynhthang2com@gmail.com. After that, production may have started and the order can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to post it.

Returns

Please do not send items back without contacting us first — packages sent without approval cannot be processed.

European Union

If your order ships to the European Union, you may cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery for any reason, as required by EU law. Contact huynhthang2com@gmail.com to arrange the return.
